10-41 Baseball Speed Camp

10-41 Strength & Conditioning will be hosting it’s second annual BASEBALL SPEED CAMP starting November 1st @4pm.  Training days and times are Tuesdays and Thursdays @4 pm for 8 weeks.  We are taking 13 yo’s and up for this camp due to the more complex training techniques and skills involved.

Price is $120 per athlete.  Come by 10-41 Strength & Conditioning to register –
